Vertias is a technology provider for SEBI Registered Intermediaries. Vertias itself is NOT an investment adviser, research analyst, or any other SEBI-registered intermediary, and does not provide investment advice or recommendations. Where a SEBI registration number is displayed within the console, it belongs to the registered firm using the platform, not to Vertias.
2Investment-Risk Disclaimer
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks; read all related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any advice, recommendation, or research delivered through the platform originates from the SEBI-registered firm using it, which is solely responsible for its suitability and outcomes.
3Data Residency & Security
Platform data is stored and processed on India-region cloud infrastructure (S3-compatible object storage), in line with SEBI and RBI expectations for local data residency. Advisory records are protected by an HMAC-SHA-256 hash chain that makes tampering detectable during audit, and the platform maintains ISO 27001-aligned controls. Enforced write-once (WORM) object-lock retention is on our roadmap.
